Move More.
Feel Better.
One week at a time. No contracts. No pressure. No guilt.
Step It Up is meant to fit into your life—not take it over.
Built for real life
Join when it works. Skip when it doesn’t.
Join for any week starting Sunday or Monday. Going on vacation? Stuck in meetings all week? Know this just isn’t going to be your week? Skip it. Take the week off and come back whenever you’re ready.
There’s no long-term commitment and no pressure to register every week. It’s a simple 7-day challenge designed to give you that little extra push to move more, stay motivated and have some fun while doing it.
Organized from Clarenville, NL—with participants near, far and everywhere in between.
$12. Seven days.
And a chance to win the pot.
Hit your goals, earn draw entries, and you could win your $10 back—plus everyone else’s.

From our steppers
Real people. Real weeks. Real life.
Testimonials, little victories and encouragement from the Step It Up community.
“I almost didn’t go for my walk tonight, but I needed that last entry. Out the door I went!”
“My goal wasn’t 10,000 steps. It was more than I did yesterday. That counted.”
“Some days it was a long walk. Some days it was laps around the kitchen. The steps still counted.”
